Please allow 1-7 business days for orders to be processed. Allow 1-14 business days for shipping.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final.
However, if you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us at support@ahlvm.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include supporting images so we can review the situation and work with you to correct any issues with the items you received.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note that we do not accept order cancellations under any circumstances. Our team begins processing orders immediately upon receipt to ensure quick delivery, and as such, cancellations are not possible once the order is placed.

DELIVERY POLICY:
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, ownership of the package transfers to the customer. AHLVM is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, we recommend taking the following steps:
- Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Check with neighbors, building management, or anyone who may have accepted the package on your behalf.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly and file a missing package claim using your tracking number.
- If needed, open a case with your local post office or carrier branch for further investigation.
We will gladly assist by providing order details and carrier information to support your claim, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
