🚚 Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed automatically and sent into production right away.

    • For this reason, we cannot make changes to your shipping address once your order is placed.

    •  Please double-check your address before completing checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll happily reship it — however, additional shipping fees may apply.

  • Items with Standard Shipping are shipped via USPS First Class with tracking.

  • Transit times may vary based on your location and postal service activity.

 


📍 Delivery Issues

Once your package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the postal carrier. While rare, issues can happen. Please note that we are unable to control or guarantee:

  • Delays with USPS or UPS

  • International customs duties or import fees

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received
